Vertigo causes the sensation of things moving around and nothing is still, accompanied of instability, nauseas, vomiting, etc.

A dysfunction in the upper cervical area (C1-C2 proprioceptors) and/or the vestibular structures (inner ear) might cause vertigo. The propioceptors in the cervical spine and the vestibular structures play an important role in the equilibrium of the entire human body.

This dysfunction can be produced by: falls, lesions, accidents and whiplash or be related to migraines and Meniere’s disease, among others.
